The opening of the 2nd stage annexe is a wonderful extension to the refuge; it offers temporary accommodation, which consists of kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a lounge. There are laundry facilities on the ground floor with an automatic washing machine and a tumble dryer.
In all the apartments, there are built in fire alarms, and smoke alarms, these are checked at regular intervals.
The garden is a good size, it has an industrial washing line, and a handy shed to store bikes and pushchairs. Our garden is maintained at regular intervals.
There is plenty of parking outside the annexe with allocated parking space.
Staff visit the annexe daily to deliver post and report any repairs. The facilities of the main refuge are available if required.
